Day 01: Kathmandu -Bhaktapur & Nagarkot:
After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square approx 13 kms for half day sightseeing of Old Palace. Visit the following sightseeing point in Bhaktapur as below:

BHAKTAPUR DURBAR SQUARE - The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is one of the well preserved monumental zones in Kathmandu valley. The Durbar Square is the palace complex of the ancients Malla Rulers that once ruled the three separate territories inside the Kathmandu valley. The 55 window palace, the golden gate, Nyatapola, Degutale are some of the historically and culturally important monuments in Bhaktapur Durbar Square

More interesting sightseeing point around the Bhaktapur D. Square are as follows:
Taumadhi Square lies to the east of Durbar Square reached by a brick-paved lane. The five-roofed Nyatapol temple (built in 1702) here soars gracefully into the sky from atop a five-level plinth. The stairway leading up to the temple is flanked with stone figures of deities and mythical beasts.

Tachapal Square or Dattatreya, at the hub of a maze of streets lined with richly ornamented houses, presents an entrancing ambiance. The heart of uptown, it is the original center of Bhaktapur. The Peacock Window is set into the wall of a Hindu monastery here known as Math.

Potters’ Square. A two-minute walk to the south of Durbar Square brings you to Bolachhen, also known as Potters’ Square. Here you can watch potters molding wet clay into different kinds of earthenware. It has a display of fresh pottery left out to dry in the open.

Siddha Pukhu, a pond dating to the Lichhavi period (350-750 AD), is better known as Ta-Pukhu, meaning big pond. It is a tranquil enclave in the city where you can let your tensions drain away as you watch the fish and admire the stone images of different Hindu and Buddhist gods.

After Lunch at Bhaktapurl, Our city tour guide will take you  for the excursion trip to around Nagarkot Height: See details about Nagarkot:

Savor the beauty of majestic mountainsin comfort and quiet - Nagarkot
Located 30 km to the east of Kathmandu on the valley rim, Nagarkot is the favorite weekend getaway for those who seek Himalayan scenery and rural serenity.

THE VIEW
Nagarkot is situated at an elevation of 2,175 m and provides a grandstand panorama of the Himalaya. You can see five of the world’s 10 tallest mountains - Everest (8,848 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Makalu (8,463 m) and Manaslu (8,163 m) - and many other lesser summits. The snow peaks look especially gorgeous during sunset and sunrise.

ACTIVITIES
Surrounded by terraced hillsides and picturesque farm houses, the hilltop resort is the epitome of an idyllic escape - with only the wind and the sound of rustling leaves to disturb you. Bird watching is a joy in the forests here. Short hiking options abound. The most popular walk leads down from Nagarkot along a ridge to the temple of Changu Narayan - with views of Sankhu village to the right and Bhaktapur to the left. Another preferred trail leads south from Nagarkot to Nala and Banepa on the highway to Tibet. Overnight at hotel (B)

Day 02: Nagarkot – Dhulikhel (Around 16 km) Approx 5 to 6 hrs.
In Nagarkot to Dhulikhel walk, there are very few options for food and water, so we recommend that you carry enough of both with you for the trek.

Leave your hotel and head towards Club Himalaya. Below this hotel you will find a small walking trail which cuts across the hillside and takes you towards Rhonnie Bhangyang. The views of the Panckhal valley to your left are very good, and given clear weather you should again get memorable views of the mid Himalaya, included Everest. Follow the rugged little used jeep track until you come to a flat spot of land and couple of farm houses. This is Rhonnie Bhangyang. Follow the road straight, do not take the left or right turnings. Climb up a short sharp hill and arrive at an intersection with another jeep track. Take the left turn and follow this road along the ridge. After about a kilometer, a small trail on the right takes you down into the next valley. Don’t follow the main jeep track back down into the valley below Nagarkot, you want to keep Nagarkot over your left shoulder. Follow the track steely downhill through the hillside which dotted with villages. You are aiming for a vague ridge between two valleys. You will pass through the villages of Kankre and Tanchok. If you are unsure of the way just ask some locals for directions. From Tanchok, you will meet another main jeep track that you nned to follow to your right and uphill for aound a kilometer to Tusal. Here you need to head again right to the larsish town of Opi where you cross the main jeep track and head directly to Dhulikhel. The trail meets the Arniko Highway 1 km from the main town of Dhulikhel, at Himalayan Horizons Hotel. To get into town you need to turn right and head uphill.
