Here you will find a lodge to spend this right.

Day 05: ULLERI-GHOREPANI (2073M-2855M):
Continue your climb along the trail making sure you're on the inside of the path when the donkey pass. Occasional views of the peaks give way to a narrower valley, you pass through Rhododendron forest and eventually reach Ghorepani. If you find a lodge near the top of the pass you'll have less to walk in the morning. If you are up early enough to walk half an hour up to Poon Hill to see the sunrise and the spectacular views of Machapuchhre, The Annapurna South, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri.

Day 06: GHOREPANI-TATOPANI (2855M-1189M):
Enjoy the cool quite of the forest as you descend steeply through chitre. Shikha and Ghara all of which offers refreshment and a chance to rest your knees. After about 6000 ft. of descend you have your first sight of the Kali Gandaki river which you cross to reach Tatopani. Tatopani means "hot water" and the Geothermal water in the well maintained pool near the river is well worth the day walk. Lodge at either and of the village and good with excellent food at the North end.

Day 07: TATOPANI-LETE (1189M-2438M) :
You continue up the valley to day which becomes progressively steeper and narrow as the river becomes "younger" when the river meets the Rupse Khola. There is a waterfall and the Geology changes. The river valley becomes "old again" the secret being that the river was here long before the himalayas. Try to reach Late or Kalopani, but there are lodge to stay at along the way at Ghasa if you've had enough for the day.

DAY 08: LETE-MARPHA (2438M-2667M) :
From Ghasa the trails is very beautiful with forests and spectacular views of the peaks. At Kalopani you cross the river where it is narrow and back again over suspension bridge. DAY 09: MARPHA-KAGBENI (2667M-2800M):
From this point north wards a strong wind begins to blow from about 10.00 am onwards. So, aim to set out early. The trail begins to enter the rain shadow caused by the mountains and the trek became smaller. So they are few and far between and scrub taken its place. As you approach Jomsom. The scenery changers again becoming like desert. you may want is have a rest day in Jomsom in one of the large lodge with cheaper food, which can be flown in instead of being carried on a donkey train. If you're full of energy, you can go continue to Kagbeni.

DAY 10: KAGBENI-MUKTINATH (2800M-3802M):
If you have Jomsom to day aim for Jarkot. If Kagbeni you will reach Muktinath. Head up the wide river bed about an hour and you'll come to a lodge for refreshment before deciding on the high path of Muktinath or low path of Kagbeni. Both are interesting and meet halfway up the hill. As you turn east away from the Kali Gandaki river there are views to Muktinath and the Thorong Pass in the distance. Notice how the local people use different the village have a Tibetan Buddhist feel to them.
