The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek is one of the most popular trekking routes in Nepal. It takes you deep into the heart of the Annapurna mountain range, offering stunning views of some of the highest peaks in the world, including Annapurna I (8,091 meters/26,545 feet), the 10th highest mountain in the world

Annapurna Base Camp Trek TRIP Starts:
This moderate nature trek that generally starts at Phedi or Nayapool in Pokhara, a short drive of about 15 minutes from lakeside or for Nayapool approx one and half hour, which takes you to the foot [Base Camp, 4130m] of Mt.Annapurna, one among the foremost famous peaks within the world.The Annapurna Base Camp trek are even additional attention-grabbing in spring because the whole forest on the path turns red, pink and white with shrub flowers.

Trekkers need to obtain the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and the Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS) card before starting the trek.

Suggested OUTLINE ITINERARY:
Day 01 - Arrive Kathmandu. Meet & Greet, Transfer to Hotel. Rest Day Free time for leisure
Day 02 - Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Visit Pasupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square, Swyambhu & Boudhanath Stupa.


TREKKING:
Day 03 - KATHMANDU TO POKHARA
Fly or Drive to Pokhara. Check in Hotel and Rest of the day free for leisure.

Day 04 - POKHARA -TO GHANDRUK VILLAGE:
Get up early in the morning and drive from Pokhara to NAYAPOOL and trek upto Ghandruk Village.The journey will take about one and half hours by car where you cross the Modi Khola to start treks. climb along the trail Sauli Bazar to your destination. Visit Gandruk Gurung museum, ACAP office and traditional old village. Overnight at guest House

Day 05 - GHANDRUL VILLAGE TO CHUMRUNG:
After breakfast at about 9:00 am your guide will prepare breakfast and descent Trek to Chomrong.It will take about 5 hrs. Overnight at chhomrung in guest House.

Day 06 - CHUMRUNG TO DOVAN:
As you leave Chomrong you enter land hot inhabited all the year round by Nepalis.Most parties take 2 days to reach Base Camp but some take 3. There are some new lodges to stay at so rest when you’ve had enough. The trail is surprisingly up and down and can be quite broken in places so take care! Aim to stay around best available guest house in Dovan. The excellent views of Machhapurchhre (fishtail) pass as you begin to walk past in base. The valley narrows and the forest give way to bamboo which becomes scrub.

Day 07 - DOVAN TO ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP:
The Valley begins to look very “Glacial” with its steep sides and eventually you climb the terminal mountains and turn left to begin to feel like you are entering the sanctuary you can stay at Machhapuchre Base Camp and visit to sanctuary the next day from there, but if you are happy with the altitude press on to stay the right at the Annapurna Base Camp. The weather can change very quickly here so get prepared and don’t expect good views in the morning.Overnight stay at Guest House.

Day 08 - ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP TO BAMBO:
After exploring Annapurna Base Camp trek down to Bamboo. It will be about 6 hrs trek.Overnight at Bamboo in Guest House.

Day 09 - BAMBO TO CHUMRUNG:
Continue trek down to chhomrung from Bamboo.It will take about 5 hts to reach chhomrung. Overnight at chhomrung in Guest House.

Day 10 - CHUMRUNG TO GHANDRUK:
Trek down from Chhomrung to Ghandruk.It will be about 5 hrs walk. overnight at Ghandruk

Day 11 - GHANDRUK TO POKHARA:
Trek down from Ghandruk to Pokhara. Overnight at Hotel.

END Trekking:
Day 12 - POKHARA - KATHMANDU:
Fly or Drive to Kathmandu. After Breakfast, Check out hotel and process to onward destination.
Day 13 - FINAL DEPARTURE:
Depart Kathmandu. Service End

Tourist of all nationalities including Indians, who are interested to visit general trekking areas Annapurna, are required to receives TIMS Card & Annapurna Conservation Fee through one of the following offices - NTB & TAAN OFFICE, KATHMANDU & POKHARA.
