Pisang Peak:
Pisang Peak offers good scope for exploration. The western flank of the mountain is guarded by a hanging glacier and offers considerable challenge. The western end of the ridge is guarded by huge rock slabs, which make it difficult to climb. A German Expedition made the first ascent of Pisang Peak in 1955.
From the Pisang Peak the view of the yak pasturing above the village in a uniform slope to the final summit pyramid is an undistinguished snow and ice aslope can be seen. Looked at from above ogre the peak is little more interesting and can be seen as curved ridge. Pisang peak lies in the Annapurna region and its summit provides delightful views of the Annapurna, dhaulagiri and Manaslu ranges. It will also remain as an unforgettable experience. the peak is a curve ridge with the face above the Pisang village. The peak obviously has a lot of scope for exploration and pioneering.
