This is a journey of the body and spirit as we travel through the foothills of the world's highest mountains. This trip is aimed at travelers who want to experience the beauty and culture of this unique mountain area, and offers plenty of optional walks down the trail of the shepherds.
 

Suggested Itinerary:
Day 01 / 02 The capital offers a perfect introduction to the colorful crowds and sights of India.
 
Day 03 / 04
 
Shekhawati, This desert region is full of ornate havelis, built in the days of the great camel caravans.
 
Day 05 / 06
 
Bikaner, deep in the Thar Desert, this fortified town has spectacular city walls, a fort, a palace and the intriguing Karni Mata rat temple nearby
 
Day 07 / 09
 
Jaisalmer, An ancient caravan trading town, this yellow sandstone citadel is a maze of narrow alleyways. Spend the night under the stars on a camel safari in the rippling and dunes.
 
Day 10
 
Jodhpur, Home to the impressive Meherangarh Fort, Jodhypur offers winding city streets featuring some excellent antique shops and many bazars. We will also have time to visit the Bishnoi tribal people and learn of their unique way of life.
 
Day 11
 
Bhenswara, Rural India comes alive as nomadic shepherds return with their animals at dusk while women carry water from the wells.
 
Day 12 / 13
 
Mt. Abu, beautifully situated around Nakki Lake, Mt. Abu hill station is home to the Dilwara Jain temples, some of the finest buildings in India
 
Day 14 / 16
 
Udaipur, A centre for artisans, Udaipur is alive with miniature paintings. Wander the treasure-filled rooms of the palace or kick back at a rooftop care with a Rajasthani thali.
 
Day 17 / 18
 
Jaipur, Known as the "Pink City". Jaipur is set around a massive palace. A visit to the nearby fort palace of Amber is a must.
 
Day 19
 
Bharatpur, The bird sanctuary in Bharatur is a haven of wetlands, forests and, of course, birds.
 
Day 20
 
Agra, Travel to the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri and on to Agra and the Taj Mahal.
 
Day 21 / 22
 
Delhi, Return to Delhi late evening on day 21 and rediscover the charm of this chaotic city.
